"1,000 And Climbing Higher!"

What does it all mean? The recently made commitment to stop trying to figure it ALL out has freed up enough mental capacity to take in even more, sorting out what I was once trying to figure out. The daily Renewal of my Faith in the Lord has afforded me the chance to sing a NEW song. If the Lord actually charged me for everything that His Infinite Brilliance has ever afforded me, I would become irreparably broke, beyond financial repair, forever cast down into the depths of despair. But I RISE from these ashes with the Lotion of the Lord to moisturize my flesh, only after He has cleansed my flesh, in the Spirit of His Truth, and the like Favor that He has for the Youth.

The Purpose of conquering my fear of heights was to allow God to take me to NEW ones!

The goal to be Greater than "I" ever was has made me see things clearer than "I" ever have. About me it shall never be, however, the evidence of the transformation needs corresponding testimony, contradicting ALL of the charges that have ever been levied against me. The evidence is me and the Glory that is to Be, is ALL Him!

I started this not knowing where it would take or lead me to. But this I did know: "He who began a good work in me will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus" (Philippians 1:6).

Oh Lord, how good You have been to me! As I "Climbed Higher" to seek more of You, all of the so-called friends must've had a strict curfew, because no one was there, when I looked into the rear-view mirror. I stayed focused on You and the silence of my surroundings compelled me to Hear You MORE, hear You BETTER, and hear You CLEARER! I embrace the silence in order to hear from You and even when it is decibel level, I have trained my ears to "Hear Above the Noise," in order to Receive the Joy, that is ALL You! Thank You for staying up with me Lord, beyond the curfew.

I have completed this leg of my journey, boasting not, unless it is unto and about the goodness of the Lord (1 Corinthians 1:31). And on One Accord, I claim the seeds of Greatness that He has deposited within me in order to complete the next leg of my journey. When you have reached the summit, what do you do and where do you go? You give God ALL the Glory and you commence to "Climbing Higher!"

"Inspirational Rant!"

I am going to close out this year on an "Inspirational Rant!"

The past twelve months alone have provided no less than a novel's worth of material. However, I will choose a wageless "War" and I will Pray for "Peace" instead of responding in the flesh, irrespective of the fact that this is one temptation that I wouldn't mind giving way to. Nah, but that would be entirely too easy and more importantly, not pleasing unto the Lord. "Father, I Forgive them for what they attempted to do and I forgave them when they re-attempted to do the same after failing the first time. In Jesus Name!"

Oh, the lessons learned and gleaned from the meanness of the mean that tries to camouflage their DNA to alter the appearance of their genes. Ah, I said I wouldn't go there!

Truth be told, the Truth is the ONLY thing that should ever be told, when it is spoken.

Do not allow the dead in Christ to kill what is inside of you. "Speak Truth Over Yourself" and allow Life to positively run amuck in all facets of your existence. Love the unlovable and Forgive each and every time that you are offended (Matthew 18:22), even when the intent is malicious in nature or ignorantly benign. Do not permit the darkness that is within others to dim the Light of the World that is within you.

Arrive at a place where you are forever safe from the ills of the sick, and deal with it quick. Do not let things build up and fester, for they will eventually burst and ooze out. That is not necessarily a bad thing since the cleansing should always start from within. It is the exterior ugliness that we often have to contend with. But know that what is presented on the outside is a direct reflection of what's happening on the inside.

When you encounter Love, it is because Love was there to begin with.

When you encounter everything but Love, anything but Love is all that is there, superficially.

Cleanse the pallette of your Heart and taste and see that Love is good! What an insatiable appetite you will develop that will no longer make room for the tastelessness of negativity and the infinite ignorance of mediocrity. Continually rise above it all and soar on wings like Eagles (Isaiah 40:31). The brilliance of your beauty when you spread your wings will take you to new heights that adversity cannot reach, thus compelling it to always look up to you.

Twelve months of Inspiration made me BETTER, not bitter. "And as I launch into 2014, I spread my wings, soaring to new heights that Faith can only bring. In Jesus Name. Amen!"

"Speak Truth Over Yourself"

The Life that we lead is the example that we set for our children to follow. The "do as I say and not as I do" sentiment is the biggest fallacy ever spat from anyone's mouth. Demonstration is through the actions and not the words alone, that sharpen and hone the type of skills that can be emulated with a certain degree of understanding. The continuation of such does indeed avail much by the deposits made into our children, that are nurtured to fruition, void of any contradictory suspicion, of how we lead our lives when no one else is around.

The character aspects when no one is witnessing your behavior serve as the proving ground for when everyone is witnessing your behavior.

Therefore, what you say has to align with what you do, otherwise the Truth about you will reveal itself to everyone else, and then it will reveal itself to you. You cannot and do not fool anyone but yourself when the double life that you lead is anything but the words that you speak.

"Speak Truth Over Yourself" and bare your own witness to the lies that rid themselves of your presence. For if God is the Truth, the lies know their place in His Presence. They Have None!

"Change Will Change the Landscape of ALL Situations"

If one is constantly being tested, is that indicative of repeated failure? Has the lesson been learned or is the repetition designed for us to become masters of what is in front of us? We can easily draw our own conclusions one way or the other, however, we should lean not on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). We cannot grade ourselves on the mastery of our own challenges, rather we should allow for the challenges to concede Victory in the form of our mastery of them. For if we are Truly transformed from the inside out, we need not shout of such transformation, for the "Change Will Change the Landscape of ALL Situations." Do not boast of yourself for the gratification of the same. That only leads to an earthly promotion, that does nothing in the form of Heavenly gain. God is not impressed with what He has already given you. He was abundantly aware of what He did in order to transform you. Humility has never been an exercise in futility. And Growth is THE prerequisite for upward mobility. You get what you seek, so don't employ tribulation. The "Change Will Change the Landscape of ALL Situations."

"It Belongs To Someone Else!"

Whenever you get into someone else's vehicle to drive it for the very first time, there are some adjustments that need to be made to suit your specifications and comfort level in the handling of a vehicle that is not yours.

The horizontal length of the seats in proportion to your height and the distance to the pedals, the vertical height of the seats, the rear-view mirror, the side mirror's and acclimating yourself to the controls and gadgets and the once or twiceover that you make prior to putting the vehicle in motion.

You are then able to drive something that does not belong to you, but it never quite rides like the vehicle that belongs to you, does it? And even though you are licensed to operate that vehicle, the registration bares a name that is other than yours. For "It Belongs To Someone Else!"

The Life Blessings that we are born into, that are to be revealed to us, are just the same in a like manner, capacity and scenario. Others may attempt to drive what is not customized to their specifications and them being licensed to do so is only done so, with your permission. And irrespective of how far or how long they drive, the ownership of both the Blessing and the vehicle are non-transferable, unless there is an associated cost, from one ownership to the next, or so it seems.

Some costs are beyond our ability and financial capability of ever affording. And the cost associated with Blessings are at an even Greater price, that was already paid for "On the Cross." You see, what is for you is only for you. What is for me is only for me. And the transferability of our inheritance is void of any transaction that would supersede the Owner of the Blessing.

Ownership is key, pun intended. You should not operate something unless the key is yours or unless the understanding is understood that "It Belongs To Someone Else!"

I think that we tend to become complacent in living a vicarious lifestyle and existence in and with something that does not bare our names as the Rightful owners. It is often as IF, the Owner of the Blessing got it wrong when He chose to Bless us with what He knew to be Best for us.

We must remove ourselves out of the mindset that we need to be seen through the eyes of someone else other than seeing ourselves through the eyes of ourselves. No ambiguity or confusion can lead us down a path of disillusionment or disillusion. We know who are and what we will become, when we finally start seeing ourselves through the "Eyes of the Son."

Live in the Blessing that is yours. Live the Life and existence that is all your own. And worry not about the customization of someone else's situation, that was not tailor made for you. For if it was, alterations would not be necessary. And since they are, understand that "It Belongs To Someone Else." Find what fits you and start wearing the Blessings that were made to your specifications. Your name is already on it as the Rightful owner and no adjustments or alterations are needed for the Perfect fit that is all your own. Everyone else will come to know, that "It Belongs To Someone Else!"

"When You Know Your Worth!"

Well on your way to becoming your ALL, overcoming the obstacles that wanted to celebrate your fall, congratulate yourself for being able to withstand the ploys of adversity, having taken the best shot of the enemy and STILL being able to stand! There is Joy in the knowledge that Victory is just one realization away and the direction in which you are now traveling, is the opposite of the intricate web of lies, cheating and deceit, that was salivating at your defeat. May it feast no more on the fear that you have relinquished and may it permanently vanquish into the depths of uncertainty that it tried to lure you to. TRUTH becomes your foundation, one in which lies have no prosperity or room for Growth. Speak it ALL into existence, "When You Know Your Worth!"

"Ignore Ignorance"

There comes a point in time where it becomes critically incumbent upon you to start "Ignoring Ignorance." The cost of providing ignorance your time and energy is your Peace. And there is no fixed or varied amount that can be accepted in the place of your Peace or in lieu of, for a piece of anything else. There is nothing outside of Peace that can be substituted for Peace, unless it is more of Peace. Do not fool yourself into thinking that you can sacrifice a nominal piece of your Peace for anything that has origins in ignorance. An ignorant state has an insatiable appetite for more of the same and will require likewise from you when you think that you can "control" an existence that sits on the perimeter of your Truth, daring you to venture outside of you, to become one with it, at the cost of your Peace. A state of ignorance is a choice and we always have the option of opting out of our current ignorant and embattled state, stepping right into our informed and Truth riddled future state. It ALL starts with the choices and the decisions that we make, and forming an alliance with ignorance does not raise our stake, until we start "Ignoring Ignorance," thus starving it to death, in the name of our Peace's sake.

"Love of God"

Once upon a time I knew not the depths of the type of Love that I thought that I knew. Growth mandated a deeper understanding for me, so I simply grew. Nothing new under the sun, just a revised way of thinking, compelled by the Son. I have learned to see Christ in EVERYTHING because my Faith has confirmed that Christ will see me through EVERYTHING! The ALL encompassing "Love of God" is a relevant participant presented in Glorious Magnificence that only seeks reciprocity for its Heavenly Permanence. What I thought I knew was nothing that I've come to know, compelling me to further Grow, so that I can walk into the type of Understanding that requires me to relinquish the previous thoughts of a very limited source. When I disconnected from the "sole" source that was me and connected to the "soul" source that is Him, I began to swim in the deep ends of the "Love of God." And the comprehension of deep is renewed with the renewal of a mindset that comprehends the enormity of the newly understood deep. The depths to the "Love of God" are Greater than could ever be understood, and that I understand. However, I need for the "Love of God" to take me deeper, where ALL uncertainty is compelled to depend on God's Deliverance, wherever it may land.

"Never Stop Rolling"

There is nothing like looking back over the past year and your Life for that matter, and claiming witness to how good God has been and how He has protected you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Wherever you have been and for whatever reason, the Grace and Mercy of the Lord has been on display better than the BEST marketing advertisement ever devised or created. There is no creation that can top the Creator's Creation and I am Blessed to be able to claim Him as my Redeeming Heavenly Father, and one of His very own. His Blessings fail to stop there! They are multiplied exponentially and the credits for the work that He has Written, Directed and Cast for, "Never Stop Rolling." May the momentum of what He brings forth in your Life continue to Bless others beyond that of the Blessing of you. And may we ALL glean what has been learned and redeposit it into the lives of others, paying it forward, every single time we are paid with His Impartation through His Heavenly Revelation. May it "Never Stop Rolling!"

"Your Impact"

Nowadays we tend to check our Facebook pages to see how many "Likes" we received from something that we have posted or view our Twitter accounts in order to see how many Retweets we got. But that should not be the barometer that we use to gauge the impact that we have made in Life or in the lives of others. Irrespective of the intelligence of technology, "Your Impact" is not quantifiable and rightfully so. If that was the case, how were impacts calculated before the onslaught of Social Media via Facebook and Twitter?

When we seek the recognition of people, we miss out on the Glory of God. For what we do and what comes through us, most of the time has nothing to do with us. It is for the benefit of the Kingdom and not for the personal kudo's. I mean what if we had a personal impact goal of let's say 100 people? Would we slow down as we reached that goal and stop once that goal has been realized? Legitimate questions, hence the reason why we should not focus on how many we have impacted, but reset the "Impact Counter" with the start of each day, and approach it as if it is a new beginning in which to do it all over again. It actually is!

I long since stopped viewing the background statistics of "All The Best, All The Time!" I received a Holy Spirit Epiphany that let me know that my actions were making it about me and I had nothing to do with whatever was going on "behind the scenes." Therefore, I do not meausre my impact, I just keep living my Life, in order to make an impact, with the goal of my Heavenly Father deciding and guiding the impact that is to be made. It is never about you, however, it is about "Your Impact," and whether or not it was made.

"Enemy of Bondage"

The attitude and mannerisms of negativity all look the same, irrespective of the faces that it adorns. It will belittle, ridicule, mock and desecrate your name in order to draw attention to itself. Be not afraid nor fooled by the representation of negativity. It's actions will prove your suspicions right. Just maintain positivity, thus innately exposing negativity for what it truly is. You won't have to prove your positive disposition due to the irritable nature of negativity.

Let negativity walk on by, but do not let positivity pass you by.

Truth is the "Enemy of Bondage."

"Epiphany Glory"

Sometimes you would like to receive some form of acknowledgment that the work that you are doing is effectively garnering results. Most recently I experienced what I now deem as selfishness, when I was seeking the "appreciation" of my presence, not even realizing that my presence was appreciated, by way of God getting the Glory.

I am thankful to God that He "gently" allowed me to realize that it is "not about me."

During the time and prior to this realization, I searched myself in order to make sure that it wasn't about me. But what I found was "any" type of appreciation reserved just for "me" was indicative of the temporal fact that I needed it to be about "me." I stood firm in my assertion and I stand firm in my correction, which has subsequently provided better clarity with respect to my "Destiny's Direction."

When the Holy Spirit gently taps you on the shoulder to remind you that your part is the one that you play in the story, it is also reminding you that it is ALWAYS about God, and what I now know, to be "Epiphany Glory."

"Breath Affords Opportunity"

Mistakes are not the totality of your existence!

Some people will have you believe that the mishaps along your journey's path, have defined you and will continue to do so. In all actuality, those words emanating from their lips are what they themselves are using to try to define you. AS IF, their existence has been predicated on the absence of any type of wrongdoing.

What you believe you are is what you will be. What you believe you are not is not is what you will not be. And irrespective of opinions that don't matter, or mistakes that you have learned from, "Breath Affords Opportunity," to do it Right and to get it done.

"God Is Real!"

Stop waiting around for your Faith to show up when it is already there, and just activate it on the fact that it's use is waiting on the user: you!

Sometimes you happen upon people that are "waiting on the Lord." His timing is impeccable and sometimes we need to look within to gain better clarity and understanding as to why our promotion has not yet occurred. If we are to have expectations of God, is turnabout not fair play? Shouldn't He have and does He not have expectations of us? What if God is actually "waiting on us" to step into our Destined Greatness by way of His Makeover Process? Should we not concede to the inevitable and allow Him to do the impossible?

In a world that is full of a lot of fakeness, I am relentlessly overjoyed to know that "God Is Real!" Standing IN and ON Faith, I revel in the privilege it is to see the things that He makes happen on a daily basis. I might not know why He does what He does, when He does it. However, I do know that I am always better, for Him having done it.

The perceived success of the enemy is a fallacy unto itself in the form of more fakeness, that only strengthens the realness that IS God!

You cannot convince a Faith yielding Believer otherwise, when the Word, and not the world, is the wisdom that has made having Faith, wise.

The feeble attempt to disrupt the "Flow of Faith," only serves as an ambassador to the opening of the flood gates.

And if I never learn another thing, I have already learned all that I need to know, in knowing that the Growth and subsequent appeal, has everything to do with the fact, that "God Is Real!"

"Love, To Make It Right"

With so much in contention for your time and energy, the smallest investment that we are making, yet expecting the biggest returns on, is an area that we are not the Great subject matter experts that we think that we are or claim to be. We tend to over complicate the matters of the Heart when the Heart actually and naturally knows better than we do. Over time our hearts become hardened through the trials and errors, mistakes and heartaches that we have endured. And through it all, the only thing that ever changes, is us. Love doesn't change, we do. Somewhere along the way we turn away from Love, yet still call it love. Inevitably our success becomes incumbent upon our return to "Love, To Make It Right."

"Love and Selflessness Are the Greatest Things That We Should ALL Strive For"

When Christ Ascended to be at the Right Hand of the Father, He Imparted the Holy Spirit, that we might use It to guide our steps, lead our paths and illuminate the way. When we depart to be with the Father in Heaven, what will we leave behind for our family, friends and Loved ones to guide their steps, lead their paths and illuminate their way? Although it can never compare to what Christ imparted to us, we can emulate the Great Demonstrator in the name of the same Love that He had and continues to have for ALL of us.

What we leave behind is far Greater than what we can ever amass within our lives, all of which we cannot take with us where we are going. "Love and Selflessness Are the Greatest Things That We Should ALL Strive For!" And in doing so, we can effectively set the stage for continued Generational Growth, Spiritual Wealth and Physical Health.

Beyond the physical items to be divided amongst the living, leave behind a Legacy that can be shared with everyone, with the explicit intent of "Love and Selflessness," two of the Greatest Things That We Should ALL Strive For.

"Call Upon Your Name: Jesus!"

The Holy Name of Jesus is synonymous with that of Love! Fathoming the unfathomable is synonymous with Loving the unlovable. They both serve as convicting evidence that the Spirit of the Lord is definitely in the midst. How can you Love that which cannot be Loved? Jesus is the answer. How can you fathom the unfathomable? Again, Jesus is the answer. Any question that begs for an understanding that extends beyond the human comprehension, requires the Supernatural Response of Christ. And although there is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9), our Strength and Understanding cannot begin until we concede that our logic is done.

In every instance of my existence, I am Blessed by earthly Angels that remind me of what God has declared it to be. Far be it from me to sacrifice it ALL for more of the same. When the answers extend beyond my understanding, I simply "Call Upon Your Name: Jesus!"

"Old is Gold!"

As I sat in my favorite coffee house enjoying my overpriced Grande, Soy....an older gentleman asked if he could come and sit next to me. I happily obliged his request and the opportunity to share the space with him. Even though my high priced coffee compels me to think that I have invested real estate whenever I pop in on a daily basis, the fact of the matter is the Grande cup is the only real estate that I actually own in this coffe house.

He begins to start sharing with me his Life and what he is going through. I preface the remainder of this Blog to illustrate the number of epiphanies that I was inundated with as I hung on to every word that emanated from his mouth, as I simultaneously tried to make them out over his rather heavy accent.

The most important epiphany came to me at the crack of dawn when I realized that what I read the night before would prepare me for what I was about to encounter the very next day. The words of what I read were: "Stop living by what you feel and live by what God says!" Those words pounced on me with enormous ferocity and have yet to relinquish their hold on me. I fell asleep and awoke to that same sentence playing over and over again. I absorbed and allowed it to consume me and just in the nick of time.

As I prepared my son for school, I declared the "New Day" for what it was going to mean, what God said it will be, and NOT how I felt about anything. And in doing so, I was prepared to take on and receive my work for the day.

Of all of the things that I was able and Blessed to accomplish, my Greatest task was yet to materialize. Generally, my Grande would come in the morning, but it was not to be on this day. For what I needed to do and where I needed to be, had nothing to do with me or that cup of coffee.

I got over myself and those draining feelings of my own and heard what God said in repeated fashion. "It is not what "I" feel, but what God says." The importance of this is critical to everything and should not befall the deaf ears of anyone. In doing so, I approached the "New Day" for the Blessing that it was to be, for the Glory of God.

Had I been consumed by my own "things" that I had going on, I could not have possibly and adequately positioned myself for this 72 year old man to open up to a complete stranger. That illumination is due to the creation of the Word of God that I insatiably devour on a daily basis.

This gentleman was in need of someone to just "listen to him." I let him talk so much that he thanked me for doing so and wanted to turn his monologue into a dialogue, offering me the chance to speak. I initially sensed the need for him to be heard and I relinquished my need to speak so that he could get it all out. What this gentleman shared with me I will forever cherish and am Grateful to him for doing so. I am Grateful to God for using me as such and I am also Grateful for the availability to do much, by way of playing a small part.

I realized the microcosm that I commonly refer to as "challenges" and began to embrace them as Victories after hearing the "challenges" that this young 72 year old man is faced with on a daily basis. The same daily basis that I use in order to satisfy my gourmet coffee fix. How dare me! How dare I posture myself and my lips to utter a single "challenge" out of my mouth when I want for nothing outside of a cure for Diabetes. And even if that cure never happens, King Jesus already has, so that utterance is rapidly categorized away with all of the others.

At the conclusion of our Conversation, he shared some more gems with me. He also said, "you know once upon a time, people thought "Old is Gold." People used to think like that, but no more. Nowadays, they throw people my age into the trashcan and treat us like nothing." That resonated with me to my core!

The coffee house was the location. The opportunity was the platform. And I was the audience for him to deliver his message.

Contrary to what the world says and does, I BELIEVE what God says and does! And the night before, followed by the next morning when I needed to "stop living by what I felt and start living by what God said," I was able to get over myself, hear God's voice and do what I was meant to do on this day, which was just to "listen" and to subsequently declare, "Sir, irrespective of what the world thinks and says, "Old is Gold," STILL!"

Thank you for imparting your heart to me. Thank you for allowing me the privilege to receive. Thank you sharing in what we both believe. God is Real and "Old is Gold!" I will be Praying for you Mr. R!

"You Do What Your Heart Compels You To Do"

I fall in Love with Him all over again, on a daily basis. The only thing that ever changes is the increased Joy that His Presence fills and consumes me with. When you Love the Lord, you know that He Loves you more initially and in return and that His position is unconditional. You begin to understand that all other forms of Love will inevitably fall short and you will essentially be settling for less than, in comparison to. No one can Love like the Lord. The world's riches could not afford. And it would be wise to not make such a comparison, however, the Love of the Lord does indeed serve as a litmus test to the Love that flows your way. Although the Love can never measure up, the effort of trying to do just that is an amazing starting point that should not be lost on time and energy. "You Do What Your Heart Compels You To Do." So, whether it is confusion, chaos or Love, "You Do What Your Heart Compels You To Do." The actions will always reveal the Heart of a person. If they do not exist, in their heart, your presence is likewise. However, when they do, so will you and their actions will be compelled by their Heart. When you are informed, then you cannot be disillusioned. Actions are dictated by the Heart, and you do exactly what your Heart compels you to do.

"Love Great!"

The boundaries of Love do not exist, when the presence of God is in the midst. Love has no predefined parameters other than the ones that exist from the ones that you create. To Love less than is mediocre, when there is always the opportunity in which to "Love Great!" I am grateful to God that He chooses to Love me the way that He meant for me to be Loved. It warms my soul to know that I am already in receipt of ALL of the Love that I need, that was intended for me, that replenishes me, that sustains me, that is blameless unto me, and that keeps me away from anything to the contrary of what Love is only meant and designed to be, Love. Step away from the mediocrity that we have come to know as "man made love" that will always meet its "man made fate." And step into the Opportunity, the Understanding, the Privilege and the Blessing, of learning and knowing what It is, and how to "Love Great!"

"Guided, By Love"

The inherited ways of the world would lead you to believe that in order to Love, one would first need to be Loved. However, the inherited Way of the Lord has already demonstrated the prerequisite of Love, that enables us to Love, irrespective of whether or not we are Loved, which is in direct contrast to the human standards of Love. God Loved the unlovable when He chose to Love us so, that He sent His Son to become the sin of the world so that it would die with Him and He would be Raised up again in the Heavenly form of Him, the Perfect Love.

More often than not we are misguided by our own thoughts of Love and what it means to us. The beauty about Love rests in what it means to everything around us, that is supposed to come through the vessel that is us.

You do not need a person to Love in order to Love. Be the person that is representative of Love and allow the right kind of Love to make its way to and through you.

Do not be misguided by your fleshy thoughts on what Love is supposed to be, and how and what Love should look like. If you are Love, then Love should look just like you. The reflection that Love sees when Love meets you, should not be a surprise to the Love that is you.

God has provided us Love, so that in turn, we may be "Guided, By Love."

"Selfishness is Blinded by Itself"

When it comes to your vision, does it squarely rest upon everything that has anything to do with you, or is the sight of what you see, inclusive of everything and then "me?" Selflessness recognizes selfishness in the flesh, but selfishness will try to have selflessness believe that what it sees is actually blinded by the selfish description of itself. Living a Life of selflessness does not require one to defend themselves against selfishness. The selfless actions dictated by the Love within the selfless Heart, does not require a persuasive description that a selfish heart does. Allow the Life that you live to be the Life that you lead, in order to negate any believable thoughts that would otherwise counter the existence that is you. Do not be blinded by the vision of others or what they would have you to see and believe. "Selfishness is Blinded by Itself," however, the deposits made within you are only conceived, by the Father.

"Growth in Vulnerability"

When you make the conscious decision to expose your vulnerabilities, you simultaneously make the paramount decision to opt-in to one of the Greatest forms of Growth that you could ever experience. It is in the self-acknowledgment of your own ignorance that you open up the windows of opportunity for the Light of Truth to shine in and upon you. You begin to remove the ambiguity that surrounds you and Clarity begins to take form, making its way through to you. In the concession of confusion, you usher in the Moments of Clarity, that cancel out all that does not belong. There is "Growth in Vulnerability," none that is perceived, rather all that exists in Maturity.

"With That Being Said"

I let myself down, as soon as I invested in someone else, just as fallible as me, to not let me down. Everything is too good to be true, when the only real Truth is in the Word of God. Expect to be disappointed, although one should not live their lives in anticipation of the arrival of disappointment. Everything happens for a reason and even in the disappointment, it serves as a stark reminder that the only thing to ever remain True, exists within the 66 Books of the Gospel. "With That Being Said," I am able to see God in everything, up to and including those disappointments that serve as Life Lessons reminding me that the lessons only cease when my comprehension of that lesson is complete. So, I compel myself to look further within whenever I feel like a scenario has been revisited again. What did I get wrong that I thought I was going to get right? Why is there a flicker of darkness when there is supposed to be Light? Perhaps I did not turn on the Light of the Lord so that I can better afford myself Greater visibility in Him, by further dimming the perceived light that is within me. "With That Being Said,"....

"Entanglement of the Day"

Whatever the day brings is a new tune in which to sing unto the Lord. For you know from Whence you Came and the Process is molding you into the representation of Change. The entanglement is designed to implore and compel you to activate your Faith, one in which supersedes your own ability to overcome what would appear to be insurmountable odds. But the oddsmakers have not an inkling with respect to the Supernatural Existence that is God Almighty! Sure, unfair things can and have happened to you and you have probably found yourself entangled in a web of deceit, unfair accusations and what would appear to be an immovable mountain of confusion and chaos. But within the DNA of the "Entanglement of the Day," there is the necessary evidence of what it means and what is being allowed to come your way. For if it has not destroyed you, it was meant to grow you, in order for you to demonstrate and employ and deploy your Faith. No entanglement, irrespective of any day, can change the plans that God has identified to you, as your own.

"Teachable Moments: They See My Effort!"

Somehow we allow ourselves to get caught up in the whim of what's going on around us and subconsciously think that for whatever reason it deserves our attention and participation. Without a conscious effort we can begin to take on a life form that is contrary to who and what we are for the sake of what we think is expected of us, blind to the fact that who and what we really are is what is most important to the one's that Love us as such. I have experienced this through yet another instance of "Teachable Moments" that was gleaned through the Loving nature of my Children. The time that we spend together does not have to be doing something which requires the use of my credit card or the dispensing of readily available cash. Rather it is the undivided attention to detail that I partake in, with them, that garners the most Loving feedback that a parent could ever ask and hope for. The "Time" that we spend together cannot be compensated for or replaced in lieu of anything. In everything that I do as a father, it is apparent that "They See My Effort!" And in doing so, in the manner that only Children of God can, they reward me with their presence, when it is THEIR presence that has actually so rewarded me. This is the type of cyclical behavior that can and will speak volumes, generationally speaking. My effort will not be lost when I do not reach for something other than my "time and energy," rather it will be solidified in the same "time and energy" that is freely given to the one's that appreciate it for what it truly is, irreplaceable. I am gently reminded of what's important by the importance of what God communicates to me through my Children. And in the irrespective whim of whatever is going on around us, it does not fall on deaf ears. Another lesson on "Teachable Moments: They See My Effort!"

"Grab It and Own It!"

What is for you is for you alone and no one can do anything about it! However, you need to believe that sentiment and Promise that God has preemptively Gifted to you. The Infinite Brilliance of the Lord is to be outdone by nothing or no one! He knew what you would face before it ever materialized and you ever faced it, hence the preemptive style that is all His Own.

We have the ability to not only meet, but to exceed the expectations that the Lord has for us, and in abundant fashion. We cannot exceed the Great Exceeder, however, we can do our absolute best to meet Him in the Place of Rest that He has already provided for us.

The Gift is for the taking and no one can claim it or take it from you. So, "Grab It and Own It!"

"Quick to Remind You"

Your past can be like once having had bad credit. You work so hard to clean it up and raise your credibility score, and in the process, the "creditors" or "people" and "remnants" of the past are "Quick to Remind You" of where you went wrong and how much it is going to cost you. And no matter what you do, even having paid all that was ever due, that reminder remains on your credit report for you to see. But at some point in time, things will begin to fall off as if they were never there, and the responsibility of ever making the same mistakes again will become one that you can live with, sans the contempt and chagrin of others, as if they have never sinned.

You begin to rise as your credit score begins to raise, your latter becoming your Greater, replacing those "bad credit days."

And like Christ erasing the remnants of the past, that credit report will also one day display zero remnants of the erroneous ways of your past, once it has been cleaned up, satisfied and Forgiven.

We need not the constant reminders of what Christ has already pardoned on our behalf. So, do not allow people to try you again, re-convict you of your old sin and sentence you yet again. Even Double Jeopardy is forbidden, and nothing can replace what Christ has already Forgiven.

"Fall Into Your Arms"

I have taken many spills and acquired both bruises and scrapes in the process of falling. Over the course of my Life, I have made and learned from the many mistakes that were made on my behalf, outside of the better judgment that was obviously not that of my own.

Over and through the years the bruising and scrapes have adequately healed and the fear of falling has subsided. Had I not taken those initial spills, the better judgment that is now mine would have never been imparted.

And although I will continue to make mistakes along my journey's path, thankfully the fear is absolutely gone. With Your Grace and Mercy following my every move, I now look forward to and do not mind, when I "Fall Into Your Arms."

"Wired Differently"

The change that makes its way through you is not by the voice or hands of another, nor at the request of the same. In order to be in the company of change, the wiring of the old needs to be gutted, ripped out and newly wired in order to accommodate the body of the new. Installing a newly wired thought process into an old wired thought process will not work. The backward compatibility is actually not compatible at all. We cannot pour the new into the old (Luke 5:38).

It is a compliment to be thought of and considered "set apart" as opposed to be likened as "a part." When you understand what it means to be "Wired Differently," you begin to step into a Greater understanding of both the benefits of such, as well as the responsibility as much.

One needs to go through in order to get through and there is no auto rerouting to negate the path that comes within the package of the Purpose.

Be "set apart" and embrace being "Wired Differently." If you were supposed to be "a part" of the same, then you would have been just that.

"I'm Alive Again!"

What a beautiful day made perfect in every beautiful way.

In Life, it is never how you start, rather it is indeed how you finish. However, on a day such as, when it starts out Great and continues to escalate to Greater Greatness, you know that the Fingerprints of the Lord are everywhere to be found.

Existing in a humbled state of humility, the silent existence is not an exercise in futility.

What has been deposited within you is for a benefit that is far Greater than you.

The privilege of being the conduit that helps others get through it is the selection of God's Perfect Plan that He has for you. And by the way, it has absolutely nothing to do with you.

The celebration of you should never be lost on the emphasis that is Him.

And on this day where I celebrate another year, my Smile can be seen from ear to ear. Whatever came my way was sent packing on its way, for only what we do for Christ, will and shall forevermore become a mainstay.

I am Grateful for my Life and acknowledge that it is not me. It is what comes through me, so that others may indeed see. And at 42, every day is a day in which to claim, "I'm Alive Again!"

"The Luxury of Our Attention"

The attention that we afford others should come with a higher price tag instead of the discounted rate that our attention to their distraction allows them to afford.

When we allow distractions "The Luxury of Our Attention," they become emboldened in what they think they can actually, really and truly afford. They become comfortable within our comfort zone, so much so that their boldness is more comfortable within our parameters than we are within our own parameters. The infiltration and manipulation are well underway at that point.

We should not allow anything or anyone to become "comfortable" within our space and not at least charge them for what they are occupying. The "price" is not relative to or for the purposes of any kind of monetary gain. Rather, it is for the purposes of justifying the time that is yours, in which they occupy, to avoid any type of costly emotional strain or drain.

If we were to only make continuous withdrawals from our financial accounts sans any deposits whatsoever, it is a safe bet that we would eventually run out of the same funds that we never took or made the time in which to replenish. This philosophical approach is relative in nature with a direct correlation in respect to our "time."

Be careful in who and what you invest your time in. Just because you have the time does not mean that you should make the time for something that might not even deserve your time, which is the only thing that we cannot purchase more of or ever get back once it's gone.

The "Luxury of Our Attention" should not be affordable to all, and the management of our "time" will dictate whether or not we are made better or bitter, should we NOT take that call.

"Teachable Moments: The Priority for Church is God!"

After enjoying breakfast with my kids, we engaged in a conversation that surrounded "priorities." We discussed different Churches that we have attended and the one that resonated with them the best. And although they initially were going to miss the friends that they made along the way, they were encouraged that they would be certain to make new friends, not to replace the old ones, but to enhance the experience of partaking in the NEW. It was there in my son's epiphany moment that he declared, "The Priority for Church is God!" Say no more son! You have said more than enough! And I am most certain, that He is Well Pleased in your response.

"Already In Tomorrow"

Right around the corner of certainty is the street of ambiguity when and where we leverage our logical thought process in an attempt to assess what it holds for us. I have tried in vain to guess what God has in store for me and I have always been disappointed with the results of how I thought things would turn out. Yeah well, Corey's logical "guess" process is zero match for God's Supernatural and Infinite Knowledge. And to top it off, my disappointment wound up having nothing to do with my expectations, but the self expectation that I could actually pick God's brain in order to ascertain what the future holds for me. Why would I concern myself with where I'm not even present? He is "Already In Tomorrow" and my concern with where I'm not even guaranteed to be, was awfully presumptuous of me. I should focus on being in the right here, right now and embrace the Blessing that affords my presence the ability to do so. If the Plans of the Father are to include me in tomorrow, then I will realize my presence in it, AFTER it materializes. This will allow me the privilege to recognize the Blessings of RIGHT NOW and not sqaunder or take for granted what it means to still be here. I worry and fear not what tomorrow holds and means. I Trust in the Lord to see me through His Plan and the inclusion of such will avail much, whether I am in it or not. His Perfection IS my direction! If I never see tomorrow, God is already there! If I do see tomorrow, God is already there! Embrace the day, giving Praise and Thanksgiving for the living of now. And if I do make it to the succeeding day, I will still and always be behind You, Lord. On this day, I give way, for I know that You are "Already In Tomorrow."

"Teachable Moments: New Shoes"

As quickly as children grow, my daughter was in need of new shoes for the Fall Basketball Season. Her tryouts were upon us and we set out to purchase some new shoes. She didn't wear the shoes to break them in prior to, so her first chance to do so was during her basketball tryouts. She comes over to me and said, "Dad, these shoes don't feel right, they are uncomfortable." I relaced the shoes, tied them better and asked her how they felt. "They feel much better. Thanks Dad!"

After the tryout session she informed me that although the new shoes felt better, she still wasn't used to them just yet.

Fast forward to our 5k Run a few days later: The night before our run, I purchased some new running shoes that I broke in as I tried them on in the store that night. As we were in the first one and a half mile of our run, I started to feel the discomfort of the new shoes that my body had not acclimated itself to. In just a matter of days, I was overwhelmed with an epiphany in the form of another "Teachable Moment."

When my daughter first told me about her new shoes not feeling comfortable, I admittedly was more concerned about the fact that she not only picked out the shoes that she wanted, but she tried them on as well, with no problems.

It was not until a few days later when I experienced the same type of discomfort with my new shoes that I realized that my level of compassion had more room for improvement. Why did it take my own "uncomfortable experience" in order to be compassionate about someone else's "uncomfortable experience?"

Sometimes we do not need to "understand" what is going on in order to have compassion in and towards the situation that other's are going through. We need not factor in how WE feel, when quite frankly it has nothing to do with how WE feel, rather it has everything to do with how others are feeling in the moment, at that exact time.

I am reminded that God has a sense of humor and when my daughter kicked my butt in the 5k run, I was humbled in my ignorant state, that I no longer claim.

Later on in the day after having licked my wounds, I spoke to my daughter and drew the correlation of her new shoes and Dad's new shoes before I acknowledged my compassionate shortcoming in that instance, prior to apologizing to her.

As we build upon our Father/Daughter Relationship, I will use this "Teachable Moment" to make me a better, more understanding and Compassionate Dad. She deserves it and I have definitely learned from it.

I Thank You Jesus for being the FIRST demonstration of Unparalleled Compassion, as I share in this "Teachable Moments: New Shoes."

"Source of My Everything"

I fight with my pen and my words so that my children do not have to fight with their hands and their fists. I Stand in and on the Truth of God, so that my children can sit and rest on His Peace. I am only drawn closer to Him whenever I feel the wedge of dissension that attempts to pry me away from Him. For it only leads back to the "Source of My Everything." The exercise in futility provides me an upward and onward mobility, that gives me unparalleled connectivity to all that is Heavenly. Believe not my words if my actions are in absentia. Romans 8:28 confirms it all, with Love for God. I am locked behind Him and the key can only be obtained by someone that is approved by the Locksmith, Who has the Master's Key. Glory Be! Outside of your physical presence, unmitigated Love of Christ may be the only thing that you bring. For I have all that I will ever need, in the "Source of My Everything."

"Hello Adversity, My Name is Corey and I Am A Child of Victory!"

When He hung, bled and died, He simultaneously gave birth to the death of anything that is nothing like Him. There is no compromise in His Eyes. You either do or you don't, you will or you won't, but do not expect Him to redo His Perfection in order to submit to our imperfections. His demonstration is the elation that gives my Heart that much needed Jesus Joy that is my inheritance received through His earthly departure and the fact that I believe. No one could ever leave me when He is the presence that IS me. I have everything that I have ever lost and paid not one cent of the total cost, for He paid it all, when Ascension beckoned Him with its call. The Blessings of the Miracles performed and the Teachings imparted, keeps the presence of the departed forever in your Heart. The Holy Spirit reveals whatever is concealed and gives identity to all adversity. The last time we met, I was a poor representation of the now me. I wasn't the me that I have come to be. So allow me to reintroduce myself: "Hello Adversity, My Name is Corey and I Am A Child of Victory!"

"The Only One!"

"The Only One" that knows the conclusion of the end of my day at the start of my day, is the same One that made my day possible to begin with. It matters not what the day will consist of, for I know within my Heart that I am covered by His Wonderful Presence. And with that Knowledge, the attacks are ever present, however, they do not catch me by surprise. Nor the origins of the attacks in the form of the attackers. They could be anonymously weak or courageously brute, but the Strength that I claim in His Holy Name, always gives them the boot! Bragadocious is not an obnoxious necessity, but the bragging rights of knowing Christ affords me too much to allow negativity, pessimism and mediocrity to break my Spiritual Bank Account. I may be broke by the standards of the world, however, I am a walking and talking transformation of the same world, for I am RICH in Jesus Christ! Wall Street is not the name of the street on which I reside. I live on and by the "Way" of Christ, that hung, bled and died. Poverty was definitely around the corner, up the street and on my block. However, the concrete jungle had NOTHING, compared to my Rock! Lord, You are "The Only One!"

"Look Within!"

Forever looking around for something to be found, when most of the time, it can be found within our mind. The external is not where the internal changes take place and no matter how much we rearrange the mess, it is still a mess, until we begin to undress the broken thought process that first introduced us to our self-made mess. Excuses are useless if we want to eradicate the foolish from our lives, becoming better husbands and wives so that we can be the same Resurrected demonstration of Love to our children, the way that Christ performed His demonstration to us, His Children. What is the benefit, if no one else is to benefit? "Look Within" to find that place of Peace and that Trustworthy friend that will not let you down. We allow ourselves to disappoint ourselves and turn right around and get mad when someone else doesn't live up to what we cannot even live up to, ourselves. In this perpetual search for the Truth, what is Pure, what is Right. Things turn around as soon as we turn around. Situations Change when we submit ourselves to, prior to our request of others to do the same. Sometimes we have to encourage us to be the demonstration for us, even when the resistance to us, is the reflection that IS us. I Love Smiles, so I Smile more. And if no one Smiles at me, I'm already Smiling at me. I will be the demonstration in the face of chaos and frustration and embrace the Joy that is my situation because it starts with me! In order for us to win, we must begin, to "Look Within!"

"The Rock That Is You"

Somewhere down in the pits of agony and defeat, I found the perfect place to place my feet upon. The jagged edges served as reminders that irrespective of all of the dangers around me, that I was on point, literally! The challenges that one faces were not meant to devour you, but to strengthen your insatiable appetite to consume them and rise from the ashes that were meant to contain your remains. That additional silhouette that permeates all around you is logically known to man as a shadow. However, in the Supernatural, it is the Presence of the Holy Spirit that protects you the same way that it protected Daniel while in the lions den. When they return to confirm your demise, they will be greeted by your eyes as you breathe the words that emanate from the lips of SURVIVORS. It didn't destroy you, nor did it consume you. Rather it groomed you to be sharper than you ever were, hence the jaggedness of the edges that you were perched upon. What you place your feet upon should be sturdy enough to hold you without fail, and sustain you through to Victory, knowing that you will prevail. The same holds true for Whom we believe and put our trust in. In the nakedness of our reality, the brutality of our own ignorance is determined to undermine us unto our own selves. However, when we place our feet upon something that is Greater than we could ever be, or fathom to be, our vantage point provides us the clarity to visibly see farther than the tips of our noses, and how apropos the sight that we have never seen before. Closed opportunities avail themselves as new doors that we walk through, and the past has only lead us to what has been waiting for us to breakthrough. Balanced, Focused and Content, on "The Rock That Is You."

"Wherever Your Will Calls Me"

Surrendering it all as I await the Revelation of the call that You have on my Life, has taught me to endure the famine and to cherish the fruits of the harvest in preparation for new seeds to be sown. Encouraged in the knowledge that I will lack nothing as You provide ALL of my needs. I continue to feed my Faith, remaining nourished by Your Continuous Stream of Love, that has risen me above the highest expectations that I even had for myself.

When I thought that I had somewhat of a clue, I would become unglued in amazed BELIEF, that what you have done can only be outdone, by more of what only You are capable of doing.

I never grow tired and weary of hearing You speak to me, although sometimes it immensely overwhelms me. Yet you do not allow Your thoughts to consume me in my limited attention span, rather You give me the time to consume Them, in Your Loving Patience with me.

Having an ear to hear and a Heart to receive, stirs up my continued Faith, further compelling me to Believe. Whether You saved up all of the conversations that I could not previously hear, or perhaps it was just the fine tuning of my very capable ears. Either way, I am Faithfully dedicated to Your ways, and grateful to hear Your voice above all of the noise throughout the day.

I am in receipt of Your Gift of Life that has been coupled with the transformation lead by You. The old is dead and the future is in Your New. I am at Peace beyond my wildest belief and use my existence to continuously be of service to You. "Wherever Your Will Calls Me," is where I will be with You.

"Use Your Words to Inspire"

The words that emanate from your lips have origins of the Heart. And when those words depart from your lips and they are used to belittle, lie, cheat and tear down another person, then it is time to reexamine your heart to understand why you are compelled to say things that would do any and everything EXCEPT, lifting someone up.

It makes no sense to reinvent what was never flawed to begin with. God makes zero mistakes and His perfection in our creation revealed no imperfections.

Throughout our Life experiences we have made ourselves over, in order to mitigate others from "getting over" on us. And in the process, we have created our own beautiful mess.

One of the common themes that I have discovered to be True while studying God's Impeccable Word, are the "Matters of the Heart." The Holy and Magnificent One, Jesus Christ, was always adamant throughout His flawless teachings about searching one's Heart and reexamining ourselves when we feel compelled to pass the same judgment that is reserved for the Glorious Heavenly Father.

Who are we to judge? Who are we to criticize another's walk when our own walk is anything BUT, the Shadow of Christ? I find the Heart to be the mirror to one's soul and the words that come from that heart, to be a reflection of where that heart is within direct correlation to where Christ would like to see it. Do you measure well within Christ's Growth Chart? What percentile do you fall in?

Make no mistake about the fact that we will NEVER be as perfect as Jesus. However, His demonstration for us to follow, is like His Ultimate Sacrifice, not to be taken in vain.

Listen to the words that emanate from your lips so that you can gauge where your Heart is on the Growth Chart. Your percentile will not be the same as another, however, in the area of Christ, Growth is a mandatory necessity, showing Immaculate Reverence to the Heavenly.

As your own ears consume the contents of your own Heart, shape, mold and "Use Your Words to Inspire," before your lips, they soon depart.

"Eclipsed by His Glory"

"All things work together...."

All of the unreconciled things that have continuously plagued your Heart, have been specifically designed to play their part, individually, collectively and aggregately. For they were never meant to destroy you and keep you out of God's Kingdom. They were meant to Grow you so that you could become a contributing citizen in God's Holy Kingdom.

The limitations within you are only magnified in the Strength that is HIM! In your weaknesses, you are made Strong. Our limitations are eclipsed by His Limitless and Infinite possibilities. Redundant redundancy, for in the plethora of our weaknesses, there exists the exponential power in His Strength!

This windy brisk Fall day reminds you to bundle up and embrace the warmth that layers of protection will provide you. The elements greet you as you exit the front door of your home and/or office. Someplace warm, inviting and safe, always makes for a better place, in which to be.

Consuming something palatably soothing, to warm you from the inside out, is the only thing that we tend to think about. During this season, gone are the days of the old and cold, when the Loving Embrace of warmth are what we are in need of, for our Souls.

To see God in everything, means to Truly see God, in EVERYTHING!

That old and cold during the most rigid of seasons, is replaced by the New and True, for all the right reasons. However, do not allow the warmth and embrace that you seek, to be as temporal as the words that you speak. Allow your actions to replicate themselves throughout ALL of the seasons of Life, "Resting in His Embrace," throwing worry and fear to the wind, ridding yourself of unnecessary strife.

Bundle up and Embrace the Warmth that layers of protection will provide you. Be led by the Holy Spirit, always Trusting that it will guide you, to that one and only inviting place, "Resting in His Embrace."

Attempting to quantify the unquantifiable is as reliable as the quantifier that is making the attempt.

What You have Blessed me with over the course of my Life cannot be quantified and any attempt at such an aggregate total would be lame at best, on a clear and destructive path to insulting ALL that You have ever done for me.

The gentle and Loving kindness that You have unworthily bestowed always humbles me, reminding me Who It is really about. The process of elimination that only has two options, by default, rules me out.

Your Grace and Mercy took my fragmented state and has made me whole in You. I don't care who sees me now or what they might think. I care about what You see in me, after returning me from the brink.

There is no confusion and chaos when my focus is squarely on You. It is also how I am able to discern if It Truly and really is You. One cannot fool the Spirit, although the confidence of the immature knows not to revere It. In complete Peace and silence, I cannot help but to hear It.

The perfection of Your Gift was ruined when I chose how I wanted to live. Your Restoration of my Life, is now "ALL I Have to Give!"

"In the Presence of My Savior"

I have been present all over the world, yet there is only ONE Presence that takes and brings me right back home, to the Rightful and Righteous Owner, to whom which I belong.

The places that I have been and the faces that I have seen have only cemented my Faith in Christ, that had it not been for Him, my presence would mean and be synonymous with my absence, when I was supposed to be present.

To be where I am Purposed to be and to be present in His Presence means that I am void and absent unto myself, as I grasp and cling onto the concept of what it Truly means to be in His Glory!

The reflection in the mirror indicates that it is me, however, the intimacy in my Belonging knows that it is Him in whose reflection that it is to be. Therefore, if I am to be present, means that I am absent to myself in order for His Presence to be. And for me, to be "In the Presence of My Savior," is the ONE Presence that takes and brings me right back home, to the Rightful and Righteous Owner, to whom which I belong. "In the Presence of My Savior."

"Take Me Deeper"

On the shallow surface of an understanding that is all your own, there will always be the seed of a deeper relationship that is waiting to be sown. We grow from what we sow and harvest in the appropriate season. Going from the ankle deep to the depths of the ocean, with maturation being the reason.

We cannot remain where we are and just expect growth to accompany us. We need to be wherever growth is and allow it to develop within us.

We always want to experience what it feels to be submerged, yet we steadily tread where it is shallow, always playing it safe, even when we're right on the verge.

In order to accomplish greater than, we need to acknowledge our equal to and less than. Our existence in Life is more than just an equation. We are who God says we are, powerless to the contrary and the futility in their persuasion.

May our Faith allow us to walk out on the water, to the deepest parts of the unknown. Where the seed of a deeper relationship is still waiting to be sown.

Lord, where the shallow meets my ankles, and my Faith yet remains. "Take Me Deeper" in my relationship with You, so that my harvest will be the same.

"You Have My Heart"

I know that You have been vying for my Heart for as long as You have provided me breath. And for so long, I have delayed in obliging Your patient and gentle request. Hindsight acknowledges the fact that You wanting my heart had nothing to do with what You wanted, but had everything to do with what You wanted to do within my heart. Out of fear of losing me, I refused to gain You. Born of the need to "do me," I admittedly "neglected You." Older, wiser and more mature in my walk with You has given me the necessary Vision to catch a glimpse of where you wanted me to go in order to become ALL that You needed for me to be.

My open heart surgery successfully removed the blockage that was predicated on "me" thus providing me with a transfusion of the Blood of Christ that I needed to have, without my knowledge of me knowing that it was exactly what I needed.

I got over myself to become aligned with Your Spiritual Wealth. My days of selfish poverty are behind me, and Your direct deposits have Truly enriched me.

I used to avoid all that you ever really wanted and the gift was solely intended for my benefit. Lord, "You Have My Heart," and I relinquish myself, for You to do exactly what You meant to do with it.

"Faith Made Stronger"

When I ponder all of the miraculous things that Jesus did when he walked upon the earth as a man, I cannot help but to recall the level of Faith that was exhibited by those that were seeking Him out, believing that He alone was all of the difference that they needed in their lives to invoke a season of change.

The sisters of Lazareth, Martha and Mary, quickly come to mind. They approached Jesus, emphatically greeting Him upon His return to Judea, with their sadness at the loss of their dear brother Lazareth. Christ was already aware that Lazareth had passed away and for the demonstration of those that BELIEVE, they will indeed "see the Glory of God."

After 4 days in his tomb, Jesus summoned Lazareth by his name, raising him from the dead, bringing him back to Life, as if he was simply resting, until Christ returned.

The miracles that Jesus performed is not what takes my breath away because I KNOW that He can exceedingly and abundantly do ALL things as the Son of God Almighty. What amazed me was the BELIEF that people had in what King Jesus was capable of doing.

Both Martha and Mary BELIEVED that had Jesus been present, that Lazareth would have never died. Their Faith in what He was capable of doing BEFORE the fact, was outdone by what their Faith BECAME in what He DID after the fact, in raising their brother up from the dead.

The Power of Your Faith determines the outcome to not just your Life, but to the lives of the ones that you Love and the ones that Love you. If you were Lazareth, would you want someone to exhibit that type of Faith in the event of your demise? Reciprocally speaking, is your Faith strong enough to invoke the Spirit of the Lord to act on someone else's behalf?

When you think about the miracles that Jesus performed, it does indeed take your breath away when you realize just how Loving and Compassionate He was in His Perfect Demonstration of the Purpose that He was to Fulfill.

Knowing ALL that He is capable of, I did not have to be THERE, in order for me to believe HERE! His Love, Grace and Mercy is the reason for my "Faith Made Stronger."

"Spirit Lead Me"

Whatever it is that I do, allow it to Glorify You!

To the deepest ends of the ocean and beyond the highest peaks known to man, allow me to stand on my Faith and proclaim the goodness that is You, Father.

We tend to lead ourselves when we "think" that we know what is best for us. However, who knows better for what is Truly best for us, other than the guidance of the Holy Spirit?

Guidance means absolutely nothing when it is asked, yet we still choose to lead ourselves under the guise of our own guidance. Insulting at best, should we refuse to undress our own thoughts as opposed to adorning the garments of the Holy Spirit.

Oft times we sing along to our favorite songs without any corresponding thoughts to the words that wind up emanating from our very own lips. But when we put thought into what we are declaring, it brings about a new understanding that should compel us to "consider" what it is that we are saying, and sometimes even in the presence of others. Would we still sing along if we were to invoke that understanding?

The same holds true for invoking the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Before we come to the conclusion that guidance is Truly what we want, wouldn't it make sense to understand that what we are asking and seeking is within the Will of the Father and once we commit ourselves unto our own requests, that we should accept it for what it Truly means to us? Who and or what knows better than us, what is best for us?

Before you lead yourself into a full demonstration of your memorization of your favorite tune, familiarize yourself with what you are saying. It might serve as practice for what you wind up declaring, "Spirit Lead Me."

You will be lead, but it is all for naught, should you refuse to follow.

See God in all that you experience and do. Be not afraid of the unknown when the Holy Spirit leads you. It knows best, and He knows better for the Life of expectancy that has been designed specifically for you.

"My Faith Will Stand!"

Everything that I have ever been through has solidified who and what I am, by way of grooming me to be the only man that I was meant to be. God makes no mistakes and His track record is the Perfection that needs zero correction.

It was in the uncertainty of me, that Strengthened my Faith in Him and compelled me to become a Believer in all that He is capable of, in the midst of my inability. There, in my weakened state of existence is exactly where I encountered His pesky insistence that I give my attention to Him, seeking out instead of remaining in doubt.

My stance is predicated on His stance as I Stand in the shadows of His Greatness, as I no longer labor in my own mess, accepting the Deliverance of His Acceptance, that my better is nothing in the face of the Best that is Him.

Foolishness does not recognize it's own ignorance due to the pridefulness of it's foolish nature. Pride is too proud to admit it's own guilt of being prideful. Somewhere in the ambiguity of uncertainty is where I found "me."

His Faithfulness to me hindered me from further hindering me. How could I not Stand WITH Him when He has always stood WITH me, even when I was guilty of everything that was nothing of and displeasing to Him.

I know from whence my Blessings flow and I know that I Grow towards the direction of the "Son."

By my Faith alone, I have already secured Victory and have already won!

Everything that I have ever been through has solidified who and what I am, by way of grooming me to be the only man that I was meant to be. And through it ALL, "My Faith Will Stand!"

"Happy Anniversary"

"Happy Anniversary" to one of the best things that has ever happened to me! The advertisement of my ignorance and the Growth that came about from displaying my vulnerabilities, have all accumulated to a plethora of God's Infinite Possibilities.

From the ashes I rose and continue to rise to meet the Glory that is to Be, God. The journey has not been easy, with its fair and even unfair controversy, however, had it not been for Christ, I would have been consumed by it all. But, I'm still standing! Firm in my Faith and doing my best rendition of the demonstration of Christ, I continue to rise.

The continuation of the manifestation that is to Be, knew exactly where I would be, six years later. The latter is indeed Greater as I rise in the might of the Lord to be the Greatest that He would have, and has Purposed me to be.

From the promotion of my Mother into the Heavens of the Lord, to a failed marriage that had not the wherewithal to endure, the one and only constant that I have known has been Him, in me. I have lost so much that I now seek out all that is FREE! And although the Price at Cavalry was anything but, the Reconciliation of the Victory means that I am still Victorious!

I celebrate this milestone irrespective of the stones that have been heaved in my direction. With the same malicious intent, I proactively repent on behalf of the things that were ever said or done. Some are so used to losing, they even fail to realize when they have already Won!

In Christ I have been Redeemed and Renewed and the circle has indeed become smaller in the physical sense. However, the unknown lives that have been touched through the conduit mechanism of the Holy Spirits reach, keeps me in Impeccable Company.

I am Grateful, and forever Transformed by the Inspiration that has served as the Confirmation, that the presence of the Lord is wherever I am. In one's walk with Christ, your mere existence might be all the target that is needed. However, the Almighty Powerful Blood of Christ has already defeated and turned those stones into feathers. They hurt not and tickle me a lot, hence the Smile in the "Smile and Love Always," that is is now the preface to my existence, in Love with the Lord...Always.

You knew me and grew me into this brand new man. God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called, for those that are Willing to stand, WITH and IN Him! He is a Game Changer, a Life Rearranger and defeat, confusion and chaos have all become distant strangers. They must flee in His Holy Presence! Allow them to enter into the swine, run themselves amuck, over a cliff and drown in the same sea of lifelessness, that is the antithesis of what it means to be in His midst.

What was meant to be the onset of a demise, hell bent on destruction, CLEARLY became the Foundation of His Rebuilding and Construction. In this phase, the pages have been turned, the enemy has been spurned and Life Lessons have become the Platform of Inspiration that continues to churn out, without burning out the Flames to His Holy Name.

I bid a Loving "Happy Anniversary" to the death of the old and the Resurrection of the New and True in You, irrespective of any contrary point of view. "All The Best, All The Time," from Him, to you.

"Arms of Compassion"

Everyone is not on the same level as you. Everyone is not where you are, nor have they necessarily been where you have. And vice versa! This sentiment tends to fall upon deaf ears when the act of compassion is requesting your participation.

Often enough we find ourselves in need of the same compassion that we are stubbornly reluctant to exhibit and extend to someone else that is where we "were," and where we will undoubtedly one day "be."

How soon we forget where we came from, even when we haven't been there yet. Take the time out to learn from someone else's compassion and to demonstrate that of your own to someone that might be in need of just a little. It's always a little that winds up being a lot. And if we were to only exhibit just a little in the form of some positive compassion, we could easily pay it forward for the times that we too, will undoubtedly need it ourselves.

Extend and Embrace, with your "Arms of Compassion."

"Change Never Changes"

It beckons us when it calls to take some form of action. However, it does not necessarily practice what it preaches. Rather, it compels us to do what is best for us. Whether or not we concede to and follow its advice is another story in and of itself. However, when we do, we take a step in the right direction, removing us from our perceived protection, and right into the arms of Faith. For we know not what Change will always represent. We exercise our Faith when we act accordingly and in compliance to Change.

My personal form was reshaped after I was first introduced to this rather obstinate process that compelled me to do what it itself refused to do.

Depending on how you view Change, it either does not need to do what it tells you to do, or it itself is constantly evolving, making way for more of the same that it is preaching to you to do.

In an attempt to see God in everything, I can visibly see and feel His Presence in the process of Change. God has no need to change and is the only anything that does not require change, remaining unchangeably the same, across the board and all spectrums.

In direct correlation to Change, heeding it's own advice would be wise, if it was warranted. However, like God, and representative of Christ, Change is the Change that we need and not in Change itself.

"Change Never Changes" and it wasn't meant or designed to. "Change Never Changes," because it serves as a reminder that it us that need to.

Preach on Change! Preach on! As long as you're around, I will keep evolving from the old to the new, just in order to keep up with you.

Even when we begin to FAINTLY Resemble that of Christ, the Reverence and Humility compels us to deflect the attention FROM us. However, in doing so, we run the risk of alienating a non-believer or a babe in Christ due to the Highest Regard that we have FOR Christ. Therein lies the challenge with your Growth. It is not a surprise to God that your faint Resemblance is drawing others TO you. That is part of your Ordained Assignment, keeping in His stride, not worrying about how you are perceived, because He already knows your Heart, hence the responsibility that He has placed within you.

Be very careful to not alienate people because you do not know how to process God's Glory that is Illuminating THROUGH you. That light is not meant to deflect, rather it is meant to attract!

So, Father, Who Art in Heaven, please grant us a Greater Understanding and sense of Accomplishment to those that You have so chosen to Illuminate the Resemblance that is You.

"Hear Above the Noise"

An eagle doesn't fly away from the storms that come his way. Rather, he spreads his wings and soars above them, never altering his natural ability and the course of his chosen path.

The avoidance of the storm is not something that he has ever acclimated himself to. He knows that they will come his way throughout the course of his Life's flight, unless he chooses not to fly. However, they will inevitably still come.

Sometimes, in an effort to avoid the Storms of Life, we choose not to take flight, spread our wings and fly, hoping to remain unaffected, not impacted, and ultimately remain dry.

We concern ourselves with the inevitable decibel level chatter that is constantly around us, and even harmonize along, just so that we can belong.

But it is not in the "safe zone" that provides us with the safety that we think that it will. It is on the "exterior" of that safe zone where we begin to come into our purpose, allowing the Storms of Life to reshape and remold us with the strength, bravery and courage that will compel us to spread our wings, face that storm, and soar right above it!

The chit chatter "noise" in our lives is akin to the Storms of Life. At some point, we must rise above them as well, so that we can HEAR what we need and are supposed to hear.

Like the eagle that soars above the storms, we need to "Hear Above the Noise," and listen to the voice that is always vying for our undivided attention.

Encourage yourself to "Hear Above the Noise."

"Got Me THIS Far!"

From arrogance to humility, eradicated all forms of hostility in order to be transformed into the flawless perfection to fit within the formidable brilliance of His Infinity.

Accepted my past as the prerequisite to a future that is opposite and void of any suspicion, even in the face of guilt.

I overcame in order to demonstrate the ability in which to overcome. Advertisement of an ignorant state, to welcome the benefit of a newfound knowledge and Understanding, one in which that offers no room for debate.

Permanent Growth to align and promote change within change, irrespective of the bills denomination, relevant to the infatuation of the distance since the origination.

With passport in hand, Faith contained within, my ending is indicative of exactly where He Begins. I could not have done ANYTHING sans the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the demonstration of Jesus Christ and the Strength of the Heavenly Father. And if I'm not moved by the Holy Spirit, then I don't even bother! That Discernment is my Life's government, and it never shuts down!

I quiver at the thought of where I would be had it not been for Him! Couldn't do it alone and I'm Grateful that I didn't have to. So much better than who, what and where I was on Life's course, and I'm not talking par. No one or nothing but King Jesus, that "Got Me THIS Far!"

"It Had To Happen"

In hindsight, I understand, that it is all part of the process. God will get the Glory one way or the other and His way has become my way, to ensure that it happens the way that He planned it to be so. My stamp of approval is the last of the last things that He would ever need. However, my participation has volunteered voluntarily, to serve what is bigger than me.

In order for Redemption and Salvation to exist, the death of Christ was imminent. But Glory be to God, we now know that it was not permanent. He raised that Temple from the same grave that did not deserve to hold Him, and He Lives in and through us, that Believe.

The trials and tribulations are not the time to express your disbelief that it is happening TO you. No, it is the time to be Grateful that it is happening THROUGH you! The Victory was already won on that third day and of the rising of the Son!

It is a Blessing to be used as a demonstrative example to the Greatness that has always been, always will and is to be. People need to see the "Fullness of the Lord" in order to understand that He is REAL! People need to see your "Faith on Trial" to know that the prosecution by way of your persecution is only working to the good of your defense, by a Judge that sits high and looks low.

The "Arraignment of My Belief" has released me on my own "Holy Spirit Recognizance," in the face of the requestor to remand. But, I stand on this Solid Foundation of Christ with Faith as my cologne, smelling like the goodness of the Lord that has saturated me in the Glory that is Him.

The death of Christ before the birth of our lives, "Had To Happen."

The adamant allocution to our biased persecution prior to complete exoneration, "Had To Happen."

If they did it to King Jesus, it will most certainly be done unto you. When you wear that Cross and walk in His Image, you will be penalized way behind the line of scrimmage. However, the time remaining to Christ is "but a breath," and the "Peace that surpasses all Understanding" will know that God will get the Ultimate Glory in the Testimony that is to be your story, and you will then know, that "It Had To Happen."

"Greater Than My Ability"

As I spoke to a really good friend of mine, he reminded me about the Power of Bold Prayer! And during our conversation, the Holy Spirit revealed to me that my Prayers were NOT Bold enough! If it is something that I can accomplish in and on my own ability, then my boldless Prayers could actually be insulting to what God can actually do on my behalf. It came to me through the course of a conversation when I was actually celebrating what God had just done for my friend. This is why we need to acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of others and allow that celebration to become a Revelation to and for ourselves.

God speaks to us using any method of communication that He so chooses. And with ears to hear and a Heart to Receive, we can and will hear His booming voice by way of a relatively quiet whisper.

I have decided to italicize, underline and Bolden my Prayers unto God. I have been doing entirely too much under my own supervision and guidance, keeping God on hold, when He is the One waiting for me to avail myself for ALL that He can do, that which is "Greater Than My Ability."

Are your Prayers BOLD enough?

"Set Apart"

The temptation to be like everything and everyone else for the sake of ease, is equivalent to a mindset that is plagued with disease. The path of least resistance may not prove to be difficult at all, however, it falsifies the Glory after you have successfully endured it ALL.

Do not present yourself amongst the already crowded crowd, but create enough separation from them so that you will not be mistaken as one of them.

Walk the Straight and Narrow Righteous Path, and be "Set Apart" from what is NOT what God has deposited within your Heart.

Allow the transformation to replace the procrastination of the Blessings that are already yours. No one can intervene, hinder or prevent that of your knock, at Victory's Door.

Your beginning is exactly when and where you start. And from the very onset, BE, "Set Apart."

Oft times we search for the answers to what ails us, within a world that travails us.

We refuse to let go, when God meant for us to grow.

We seek our happiness within the midst of our confused mess, when we should just uninvite the stress.

The things of this world do not please and satisfy God and the Vision that He had for us before we ever came to be. There is nothing that we can do in order to earn anything that God would have for us. Pitiful of an existence when the clearance of our thoughts trails the Blessings that are always before us.

"This World Can't Satisfy" us the way that God can. We have the Resurrection Power of Christ within us to do all that has been deposited within us. No excuses needed, no excuses offered! I am because He says I am! You are because He said you are!

Do not accept the offerings within a world that is not pleasing unto God! Be transformed and exist within this world, with the Spirit of God permeating all through your existence. God can, while "This World Can't Satisfy."

Even the worst days, wind up being the best days,
God affords 20/20, so that we might change our ways
The relevance of our history, is so that we won't repeat,
Succumbing to the same things, that end in defeat
The enemy has a plan, and God has a Plan,
Which one do you follow, and do you understand?
The significance of your Life, and what you need to do,
We live within parameters, and abide by a curfew
One that we've created, that has nothing to do with us,
Yet the first to complain, put up a stink and raise a fuss
Focus on what you can control, let God handle the rest,
To: weakness I concede, "From: God, Expect the Best!"
