"Accomplishing Failure"

"Sometimes you have to FAIL, in order to SUCCEED."

I used to view failure as the most despicable act that one could "accomplish." Imagine THAT: "Accomplishing Failure." Who sets out to do that? Perhaps that was the birth of my disdain for the "F Word." Given all of your hard work, perseverance, determination and acceleration, how could one still find the time to "Accomplish Failure?" What about the fact that opportunity might knock but once, yet you've only mustered up the strength to fail?

My Momma was right about there being a "silver lining in EVERY cloud." You see, sometimes you DO have to fail, in order to succeed. Therein lies the "Lessons Learned," the "Trials and Errors," the "Rebirth of Failure," and the deeply rooted thing that we ALL strive for: Success. The "Rebirth of Failure" IS success. Kind of like being born again, going to the liquid grave, coming out fresh, anew and ready to succeed the next time around.

Corey has indeed accomplished failure in his lifetime. Surely there will be more attempts at success that will end in "Accomplished Failure." The difference going forward is in knowing and having the knowledge that success is not eternally elusive. It just likes to play "hide and seek" sometimes. Yes, we all remember the game, we just need to get IN the game, seek HIM out, seek IT out and the rest will take care of ITself!

"Sometimes you DO have to fail, in order to succeed." But do not allow yourself to become content with "Accomplished Failure." Do not allow yourself to become content with ANYTHING!

Remember, the "Rebirth of Failure" IS success, but sometimes you DO have to fail, in order to succeed.
