"Burning For Christ"

I've come to the understanding that "To Be On Fire For Christ," oft times means that you are burning. Literally! You will have to deal with people that you never imagined and things that you previously could not fathom. Test after test will appear to house all of the components of a riotous unrest.

Like Daniel in the lions den, God will rescue you from your enemies, all of their traps and snares, that would have otherwise overwhelmed and overpowered you, leading to your ultimate demise. Daniel answered, "May the king live forever! My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty." (‭Daniel‬ ‭6‬:‭21-22‬ NIV)

The flames that will be thrust your way will be no match for the Matchlessness of Jesus Christ and the flame retardant protection that He will provide. A walking inferno on the exterior only means that you are "Burning For Christ" on the interior.

Flammable accusations and actions will rear themselves in amazed disbelief, when they attempt to tarnish the flesh that is you, in order to extinguish the Christ, that is within you.

Everything that is pleasing unto God will be hated by the world. When you begin to feel the incomparable heat, know that an even GREATER incomparable soothing, is not too far off in the distant future.

You will not suffer an internal burning, but will encounter an external singeing of the flesh. No visible scarring necessarily, but a Transformation of a dead flesh to a dead world, forever setting you apart from the rest of the world, just because you take up your Cross.

Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, "Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!" So Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the fire, and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them. (‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭26-27‬ NIV)

Through all of the tests that come your way, embrace all of what they will inevitably impart to you in the form of Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding. What we face is only but a trace, to the Greatness and the Glory that is God, One who never sleeps and is always vigilant to and for the ones that recognize and Honor Him as such. Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the province of Babylon. (‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭30‬ NIV)

"Burning For Christ" is a privilege of The Most High God, that cannot be afforded, if it has not be chosen in which to do so. You were set apart,  before you were ever set apart.

Like Christ, Beauty will Rise from the ashes, when you "Burn For Christ."

King Jesus.

Holy Spirit.

Smile.

Love.

Always.

And Still.
