"Unchanging Love"

My Heart yearns for more of Your Love Lord.

In immediate hindsight, the Spirit compels me to empty myself even more.

I feel You stretching me in ways that I have never been tested.

This earthly vessel of mine just needs to be well rested.

Clear my thoughts and lean not on my own understanding.

Of Who You Are and Whose I am in Your Heavenly Name.

Forever changed and from this day forth, nothing will be the same.

Seeing You for Who You Are and not simply what You can do for me.

However, believing that everything is possible from the Greatness of You, to the simplicity of me.

I offer myself unto You for the Purposes of Your Refinement.

No longer a slave to a world that offers nothing but confinement.

"Because Of You I Have A Story"

My 10th Mother’s Day without you. I would be lying if there weren't times when I wish that I was with you. I know Who you are with, so I don't visit a grave knowing that you're not there. Much to your initial dismay, I'm still shaving my hair. Oft times I wish that you coming back, was just as easy as me growing my hair back. I would never shave it again, just to see your Beautiful Smile yet again. I Promise that I will not be sad today. But I can't Promise you that I won't cry because the tears started flowing yesterday. I read the entire Bible and built an amazing relationship with the Lord, like you always wanted me to. And I know that it was no one but God that Blessed me with the Loving gift of you.
“If the Lord had not been on my side.”
Thank you for leading me to Him.
He has been my Gibraltar for each and every one of the 10.
And in Him I have become just as solid.

God gets all of the Glory.
I’m grateful to you Mother.

I could simply parallel park this right here and say not another word and that would suffice, because Jesus is the “Love, Love, Of My Life.”

However, the Love of Jesus is worthy of everything more. There is no less than when Jesus alone has proven to be my most unconditional and Loving Friend. I have been delivered from an enormous amount of trials (literally) and tribulations that did their absolute best to not only defeat me, but to destroy me as well. Through it all, Jesus prevailed, He propped me up and forbid me to lean, let alone fall. My posture demonstrated an external confidence in lieu of someone that was admittedly weak on the inside. Yet, Jesus forbid me to lean, let alone fall.

That arresting officer that told me, “this is bullshit Mr. Ford and I’m very sorry.”

Those prosecutors that had not a shred of evidence but insisted on prosecuting an innocent man.

All of those trips over a year to prove an innocence that was crystal clear from the onset.

That judge that allowed a malicious prosecution to take place when the manilla folder that those prosecutors held at every court date was completely empty.

All of those prosecutor plea deals that I refused to accept in order to make it go away.

Lost my job and was unemployed for 4 months and 3 days because someone chose to bare false witness “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.”‭ (Exodus‬ ‭20:16‬ ‭NIV‬‬)
“A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will perish.” (Proverbs‬ ‭19:9‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

On the day that my paid lawyer was resigning from my case because I chose to be still and wait on the Lord. He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10 NIV)

On the same day that my paid lawyer was submitting his resignation, all erroneous charges were completely dismissed. I received vindication from the Lord. “no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord.” (Isaiah‬ ‭54:17‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

The look of disbelief and disdain from an enemy that was determined to ruin me.

The restoration of innocence from a wicked scheme to bring about permanent ruin. “For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” (Isaiah‬ ‭41:13‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

The paid lawyer wanted to have lunch with me immediately after I walked out of that court, that building and back into my Life, forever changed. My flesh wanted to do otherwise, but I obliged. He told me that he has never witnessed someone stand on their Faith and conceded that he had actually had none and did not believe in God.

I heard a Pastor once say, “When God is doing something, He is already doing something else.”

Faith is not an option. It is all that you have when you have nothing else. It is all that you need when you are subjected to unGodliness in the form of hate, mediocrity, inexcusable malicious behavior that is the antithesis of the Love of God.

Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

In hindsight, I am grateful for all that I went through and more importantly, immensely Blessed from what Jesus delivered me from. It drew me closer to Jesus and allowed me the opportunity to hear, stand on and witness the Word of God in action, and I now know that “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”

My Hope will never fade and my strength will always be renewed. Soaring on those wings like Eagles, I will run my race, not grow weary and walk and not be faint.

"Victorious Love"

We are not bound by the mistakes of our past. Those reminders are meant to distract you from the Greatness that has always resided within you. When you get closer to fulfilling your Purpose and Destiny within God's Will, seemingly out of nowhere, you will be reminded of all of the times that you have fallen short of the Glory of God. Coincidence? I think not. The enemy never ceases to “kill, steal and destroy,” and when one attack does not come to fruition, he deploys his back up plan. However, if the first plan of attack was fruitless, his subsequent plans of attack will yield the same results.

Remain encouraged!
Remain confident!
Most importantly, remain in Faith!

God does not guarantee us a single victory within our lives, but continuous victories throughout our lives. The mirage of defeat cannot even begin to compete with a “Victorious Love” that is unconditional, undefeated, unparalleled, unrivaled, unambiguous, unilateral and unflinching.

Whatever we face, Jesus Christ has already conquered.

Truth be told, this serves me today as much as it has the potential of serving anyone that has read this all the way down to this final period.
