“Pain is Pain”

Whether you are in receipt of someone inflicting pain upon you or you are the person that has inflicted the pain, should it feel any differently?

If so, does that not indicate that we are biased to our own pain and less accountable to the pain that we caused?

Pain is Pain.

Should it truly feel any differently, whether we receive it or perpetrate it against another?

Since we know what pain feels like when it is inflicted upon us, we should also be aware of what pain feels like when we inflict it upon others?

Reciprocally, it is the same pain once we remove our biased foundation, irrespective of whether it is received or inflicted.

Pain is Pain.

Do not cause what you would not like to receive. It feels the same, whether coming or going.

Do better. Be better. Exist better.

Smile And Love Always!

Always.

And Still.
